Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je závazek dodavatele zajistit pro zadavatele v období od 1. ledna 2027 (v závislosti na řádném ukončení zadávacího řízení) a po dobu následujících 4 let komplexní služby v oblasti odpadového hospodářství, zahrnující pravidelný i mimořádný sběr, soustřeďování, přepravu a následné využití nebo odstranění odpadů za dodržení platných právních předpisů (zejména zákona č. 541/2020 Sb., o odpadech a o změně některých dalších zákonů, v platném znění) a v četnosti uvedené v Zadávací dokumentace. Součástí předmětu plnění je poskytnutí i sběrných nádob (kontejnerů). Předmětem plnění je nakládání s těmito odpady – směsný komunální odpad (20 03 01), objemný odpad (20 03 07), papír a lepenka (20 01 01), plasty (včetně nápojových kartonů) (20 01 39), sklo – bílé i barevné (20 01 02) a kovy (20 01 40).
