Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je provedení činností dle projektové dokumentace s názvem „Bývalý areál KOVOŠROT GROUP CZ, Praha - Dolní Měcholupy, Projektová dokumentace sanace staré ekologické zátěže, ETAPA 2: ODSTRANĚNÍ ODPADŮ“, zpracované v lednu 2026 společností ENACON s.r.o., která je přílohou č. 3 ZD. Předmětem plnění je 2. etapa sanace – odstranění odpadů vzniklých ze sanace 1. etapy na lokalitě bývalého areálu společnosti Kovošrot Group CZ a.s. v Praze – Dolních Měcholupech, nyní ve vlastnictví společnosti Accolade CZ XXVII, s.r.o., člen koncernu. Na závěr první etapy sanace, která není předmětem plnění, po ukončení shromažďování odpadů na mezideponii, byla zjištěna skutečná množství jednotlivých druhů odpadů určených k odstranění ve druhé etapě. Tato skutečná množství jsou prezentována ve formě aktualizace v příloze 3.1 Dodatek projektu sanace - upřesnění PD – skutečné množství 2. etapy. Cílem prací je odstranění odpadů v rozsahu projektové dokumentace; uskutečnění opatření k nápravě uložených v Rozhodnutí ČIŽP OI Praha.
