Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je provádění pravidelného a nepravidelného a mimořádného sběru a svozu odpadů (vč. nebezpečného odpadu), jejich využití a odstraněn , včetně zajištění potřebných nádob a kontejnerů, obsluhy centrálního shromaždiště odpadů, dílčích svozů, odborného poradenství, vedení průběžné evidence odpadů, zpracování povinných hlášení a ohlašování přepravy nebezpečných odpadů, a to pro FN Ostrava a její detašovaná pracoviště Léčebna pro dlouhodobě nemocné (dále jen „LDN“) Klokočov, rehabilitační ústavy (dále jen „RÚ“) Hrabyně a Chuchelná. Vše musí být prováděno v souladu s příslušnými právními předpisy, zejména se zákonem č. 541/2020 Sb., zákon o odpadech, v platném znění a vyhláškami č. 273/2021 Sb., o podrobnostech nakládání s odpady a 8/2021 Sb., katalog odpadů a posuzování nebezpečných vlastností odpadů v platném znění.
