Details

Předmětem veřejné zakázky na dodávky je pořízení nových pracovních oděvů a OOPP (dále též „Zboží“ nebo „výrobky“) pro pracovníky zadavatele. Oděvy jsou určeny především pro výjezdové skupiny zadavatele (dále též „VS“), které budou pracovní oděvy používat při poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče. Na základě výsledku zadávacího řízení bude uzavřena „Rámcová kupní smlouva“ s jedním vybraným dodavatelem (dále též „smlouva“) na období 4 let. Zadavatel požaduje pořízení těchto druhů oděvů: Polokošile, Kalhoty, Termoprádlo, Bundy (Parka, Softshell), Mikiny, Taktické vesty, Přířezy. Rozsah plnění jednotlivých částí veřejné zakázky je určen Přílohami č. 4.1. až č. 4.7. a předpokládané počty objednaného Zboží jsou uvedeny v Příloze č. 5 ZD. Dodavatel vypracuje a předloží zadavateli „Grafické návrhy Zboží“ (blíže uvedeno v čl. 4 odst. 4.4 bod 2, písm. b) ZD).
