Předmětem plnění je kompletní revitalizace veřejných prostranství na návsi a v okolí kostela (Lokalita 1 a Lokalita 2), která se věcně dělí na stavební objekty (SO.01) a sadové úpravy (SO.02) Stavební část (SO.01) zahrnuje vybudování a obnovu vodopropustných zpevněných ploch z žulových odseků pro pěší chodníky i pokládku betonové vsakovací dlažby na tzv. jarmarečních plochách návsi s únosností pro pojezd vozidel do 3,5 t za účelem pořádání kulturních a společenských akcí. Sadová část (SO.02) spočívá v kácení nevhodných dřevin a frézování pařezů, úpravě půdního profilu, terénních modelacích pro zadržování srážkové vody, výsadbě vzrostlých solitérních a alejových stromů, živých plotů, keřů, trvalkových i cibulovinových záhonů a bylinného trávníku, přičemž je celkový prostor doplněn novým městským mobiliářem (lavičky, odpadkové koše, stojany na kola, informační vitrína) a dekorativním vodním prvkem. Dále je součástí předmětu plnění vybudování nového trvalého přívodu el. energie (HDV) pro napájení technologie čerpání vody. Účastník je povinen poskytnout součinnost a koordinovat postupy prací s osobou provádějící čištění studny, jejíž poklop zasahuje do předmětu plnění: Josef Kotásek, IČO: 24644081, sídlem Velkomoravská 243/301, 696 18 Lužice.
