Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka RTG přístroje – Perioperační C-rameno včetně příslušenství a zajištění záručních činností (dále také jen „přístroj“, „zboží“, „zdravotnický/é prostředek/dky“ nebo jen „ZP“) pro Oddělení centrálních sálů a sterilizace (dále také jen „OCSS“), na základě kupní a servisní smlouvy, za podmínek stanovených v zadávací dokumentaci. Součástí předmětu plnění je i kompletní příprava místa instalace s využitím stávajících rozvodů zadavatele. V případě nevyhovujícího stavu musí účastník uvést místo instalace vč. potřebných médií do takového stavu, aby jeho zboží bylo plně funkční. Veškeré případné stavební práce a instalační práce musí být provedeny v souladu se standardy FNHK (viz příloha č. 7 ZD – obchodní podmínky). Součástí předmětu této veřejné zakázky je dále: • Zajištění pozáručních činností zboží na dobu neurčitou, na základě kupní a servisní smlouvy, za podmínek stanovených v zadávací dokumentaci. • Demontáž a zpětný odběr obnovovaného vybavení (Siemens Arcadis Orbic) zadavatele, a to na základě smlouvy o dílo na demontáž a zpětný odběr, za podmínek stanovených v zadávací dokumentaci.
