Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky v rámci tohoto zadávacího řízení je dodávka 1 ks laparoskopické věže pro centrální operační sály včetně kompletní instalace dodávaného zařízení, jakož i uvedení zařízení do provozu. Zařízení musí být nové, nerepasované, nepoužité, nesmí být staršího data výroby než 12 měsíců před jeho dodáním a musí splňovat veškeré technické parametry tak, jak jsou detailně vymezeny v zadávací dokumentaci (dále jen „ZD“). Součástí plnění VZ je ověření funkčnosti dodaného zařízení, provedení všech předepsaných zkoušek a testů, ověření deklarovaných technických parametrů a provedení instruktáže zaměstnanců zadavatele pro plné uživatelské užívání. Součástí předmětu plnění je poskytování pozáručních servisních služeb k přístroji po dobu 4 let po uplynutí záruční lhůty, v rozsahu a způsobem uvedeným v obchodních podmínkách (servisní smlouvě).
