Předmětem veřejné zakázky je obnova dekontaminačních místností Gastroenterologického centra Krajské zdravotní, a.s. - Masarykovy nemocnice v Ústí nad Labem, o.z.. Součástí předmětu plnění je dodávka zdravotnické technologie, zejména automatických dezinfektorů flexibilních endoskopů a sušících skříní pro flexibilní endoskopy, zdravotnického nábytku a dalšího souvisejícího vybavení, a dále provedení stavebních úprav v režimu Design & Build, včetně ověření stávajícího stavu, zpracování potřebné projektové dokumentace a provedení veškerých stavebních, montážních a instalačních prací nezbytných pro řádnou instalaci, uvedení do provozu a funkční propojení dodávané zdravotnické technologie. Plnění veřejné zakázky je rozděleno do dvou etap: I. etapa zahrnuje komplexní plnění spočívající zejména v rekonstrukci dekontaminační místnosti č. I, včetně zpracování příslušné projektové dokumentace, provedení rekonstrukce, dodávky a instalace zdravotnické technologie, zdravotnického nábytku a souvisejícího vybavení a uvedení celého funkčního celku do provozu. Součástí I. etapy jsou rovněž související zásahy do ostatních dotčených prostor, včetně dekontaminační místnosti č. II, pokud jsou nezbytné pro realizaci I. etapy a jsou uvedeny v technické specifikaci. II. etapa zahrnuje zbývající komplexní plnění vztahující se k dekontaminační místnosti č. II v rozsahu stanoveném technickou specifikací, s výjimkou prací a dodávek provedených již v rámci I. etapy a představuje vyhrazenou změnu závazku dle čl. 2.3 této zadávací dokumentace, kterou je zadavatel oprávněn, nikoliv povinen, využít za podmínek stanovených zadávací dokumentací a smlouvou.
