Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky (dále též „VZ“) je reaktivní a proaktivní servisní podpora HPE serverové a storage infrastruktury, včetně diagnostiky, řešení incidentů, preventivních kontrol, firmware/health checků a technické podpory, a to v rozsahu minimální technické a funkční specifikace uvedené v příloze č. 2 těchto zadávacích podmínek (dále také „řešení“ nebo „předmět plnění“). • Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění je uvedena v příloze č. 2 těchto zadávacích podmínek (dále též „ZP“) - Minimální technická a funkční specifikace. • Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je vymezen rovněž závazným Návrhem smlouvy o poskytování služeb podpory pro HPE technologie + přílohy, který tvoří přílohu č. 3 těchto ZP.
