Details

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění služeb a systémů pro prodej, rezervaci a následné odbavení návštěvníků akce Pražské Quadriennale 2027 (dále jen „PQ“) formou outsourcingu. Pronajaté řešení bude zahrnovat softwarové a hardwarové komponenty potřebné pro prodej produktů (tj. vstupenky na workwhop (dále rovněž jen „vstupenky“), akreditace, merchandise produkty a gastro – občerstvení) nabízených v rámci akce PQ před jejím zahájením i v průběhu. Součástí řešení bude také kontrola vstupů a evidence návštěvnosti v jednotlivých lokacích akce. Platby za akreditace a vstupenky budou zpracovávány prostřednictvím platebního řešení dodavatele a jím připravené platební brány. Pro veškerý prodej (tj. pro prodej vstupenek, akreditací, merchandise produktů a gastro nabídky) bude systém zajišťovat evidenci a reporting prodejních dat. Podrobný popis předmětu této veřejné zakázky je obsažen v přílohách k této zadávací dokumentaci, zejména v příloze č. 4 – Technická specifikace a dále v příloze č. 3 – Návrh smlouvy.
