Předmětem veřejné zakázky je: a) dodání 20 subskripcí A-FLEX-CCX-P-C (On-Premises UCCX Premium Concurrent Agent) pro provoz 20 operátorů call centra na Cisco Unified Contact Center Express UCCX (dále také jako "UCCX") na období 24 měsíců s platností ode dne určeného ve výzvě k plnění (při standardním průběhu zadávacího řízení by předpokládané zahájení platnosti subskripcí mělo být ode dne 7. 3. 2027), a b) poskytování podpory pro 20 subskripcí pro provoz 20 operátorů call centra UCCX, tzv. service maintenance, a to po celou dobu platnosti subskripcí dodaných dle písm. a) tohoto odstavce. Bližší specifikace předmětu veřejné zakázky je uvedena v návrhu smlouvy, který tvoří přílohu č. 1 ZD. Vzhledem ke skutečnosti, že zadavatel disponuje HW prostředky (IP telefony) a SW prostředky (licence s podporou k HW prostředkům), jež jsou provozované na Cisco Unified Communications Manageru (viz bližší specifikace prostředků v příloze č. 1 návrhu smlouvy), přičemž SW prostředky mají v budoucnu pozbýt platnosti a bez nich nelze HW prostředky dále užívat a přechod na jiné HW a SW prostředky by s sebou nesl nepřiměřeně vysoké náklady na straně zadavatele, tak má zadavatel za to, že je v tomto případě odůvodněno samotným předmětem veřejné zakázky odkazování na určitý výrobek, resp. na SW prostředky - licenci / subskripci a podporu konkrétního výrobce, jehož pořízení je předmětem této veřejné zakázky. Zadavatel nepřistoupil k rozdělení veřejné zakázky na části, neboť předmět veřejné zakázky tvoří jeden funkční celek a je zadáván v časové souvislosti.
