Investiční akce je rozdělena celkem na tři samostatné zakázky – Infrastruktura, Energetika a Zabezpečovací a sdělovací zařízení, které tvoří jeden funkční celek. Předmětem této zakázky je zhotovení stavby „Modernizace traťového úseku Hradec Králové (mimo) – Týniště nad Orlicí (mimo) – Infrastruktura“ (dále jen „Infrastruktura“).
