Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je poskytnutí služeb spočívajících v pojištění odpovědnosti za újmu způsobenou provozem motorového vozidla (povinné ručení) a havarijním pojištění vozidel (dále jen „Povinné ručení a havarijní pojištění“). Pojištění vozidel příspěvkových organizací a dalších spolupojištěných subjektů může být do pojištění zařazováno postupně v průběhu trvání pojistné smlouvy, a to v návaznosti na ukončení stávajících pojistných smluv těchto organizací. Předmět pojištění bude zajištěn uzavřením pojistných smluv na dobu 48 měsíců s možností automatické prolongace. Zadavatel si vyhrazuje právo prodloužit dobu trvání smlouvy, a to i opakovaně, za podmínky zachování sjednaných obchodních podmínek, zejména cen a poskytnutých slev.
