Předmětem veřejné zakázky je pojištění movitého a nemovitého majetku, pojištění odpovědnosti za újmu statutárního města Frýdku-Místku a příspěvkových organizací zřízených statutárním městem Frýdek-Místek. Zadavatel požaduje sjednání pojištění nemovitého, movitého majetku a odpovědnosti za škodu. Jedná se o: 1) Povinné smluvní pojištění, povinnost uzavřít pojistnou smlouvu dle zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, vyplývá ze zvláštních předpisů, zejména - povinné pojištění odpovědnosti poskytovatele sociálních služeb dle zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách na pojistné období od 01.01.2027 na dobu určitou do 31.12.2029, - povinné pojištění poskytovatele služby péče o dítě v dětské skupině dle zákona č. 247/2014 Sb., o poskytování služby péče o dítě v dětské skupině a o změně souvisejících zákonů na pojistné období od 01.01.2027 na dobu určitou do 31.12.2029. 2) Dobrovolné smluvní pojištění – vzniká dobrovolně, závisí na vůli pojistníka uzavřít pojistnou smlouvu dle zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník – zejména pojištění majetku a odpovědnosti za škodu na pojistné období od 01.01.2027 na dobu určitou do 31.12.2029.
