Předmětem dodávky je modernizace a rozšíření funkcionalit nemocničního informačního systému (NIS), laboratorního systému (LIS), systémů archivace zdravotnické dokumentace v elektronické podobě, tj. důvěryhodného elektronického archivu (DEA) písemné dokumentace a elektronické archivu obrazových studií (PACS) a Online služeb pro pacienty v oblastech standardizace elektronické zdravotnické dokumentace, implementace identifikátorů elektronického zdravotnictví z kmenových registrů a využívání referenčních údajů z kmenových registrů a centrálních služeb elektronického zdravotnictví a služeb výměnných sítí pro obousměrné zpřístupnění záznamů elektronické zdravotnické dokumentace oprávněným příjemcům prostřednictvím informačních a telekomunikačních technologií systému, a dále dodávka integračních rozhraní a služeb pro eHealth. Součástí dodávky jsou i rozhraní a služby pro napojení na infrastrukturu systémů a služeb Akreditované afinitní domény (AAfD) a zajištění obousměrné komunikace, rozvoj přeshraniční komunikace prostřednictvím Národního kontaktního bodu pro eHealth (NCPeH) a napojení na elektronické služby a registry Integrovaného datového rozhraní zdravotnictví (IDRR).
