Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je návrh, dodávka a instalace nového systému 2 ks tepelných čerpadel a poskytnutí souvisejících prací a služeb, jejichž hlavním účelem je snížení energetické náročnosti v objektu zadavatele, včetně poskytování záručního servisu po dobu min. 60 měsíců (dále jen „předmět veřejné zakázky“). Součástí předmětu veřejné zakázky nejsou: i. otopná tělesa trubková a desková, systém podlahového vytápění, ohřívače teplé vody, MaR celé soustavy, akumulační zásobník, expanzní nádoba, rozdělovače, sběrače a oběhová čerpadla a ii. služby mimozáručního ani pozáručního servisu, zejména opravy poruch a poškození, za něž vybraný dodavatel neodpovídá z titulu vadného plnění ani záruky. Naopak součástí plnění jsou veškeré opravy, servisní zásahy a odstraňování vad a poruch, za něž vybraný dodavatel odpovídá z titulu odpovědnosti za vady nebo záruky za jakost. Tím nejsou dotčeny pravidelné servisní prohlídky, servisní pohotovost a vyřizování reklamací v rozsahu sjednaném v návrhu smlouvy.
