Předmětem zakázky je odstranění stávajícího plicního pavilonu. Současně je předmětem zakázky realizace nového multifunkčního pavilonu v místě odstraňované stavby. Nový pavilonu bude soužit jako geriatrie, oddělení dlouhé následné péče, plicní oddělení, jednodenní operativa a dospání, rehabilitace, plicní a geriatrická ambulance, technické zázemí, rehabilitace.
