Předmětem zakázky je provedení konverze stávajících potrubních parních rozvodů v lokalitě Vnější Město, Ústí nad Labem, a to dle projektové dokumentace vypracované ve stupni pro provádění stavby (DPS) v 01/2026 za účelem zajištění bezpečných a spolehlivých dodávek tepelné energie včetně snížení tepelných ztrát v rozvodech tepla v dané lokalitě. Nedílnou součástí zakázky je i zpracování požadované dokumentace, likvidace odpadů a seznámení obsluhy s funkcemi a vazbami díla.
