Předmětem veřejné zakázky je výstavba nové hasičské stanice v pasivním energetickém standardu. Podrobný rozpis prací je uveden v projektové dokumentaci a v soupisu stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb včetně Položkového rozpočtu s výkazem výměr. Areál nové hasičské stanice bude realizován na nezastavěných pozemcích ve vlastnictví České republiky s právem hospodaření HZS Pardubického kraje, tj. na pozemcích parcelních čísel 1087/11, 1087/12, a 1087/13. Bližších popis dalších pozemků dotčených stavbou je uvedený v zadávací dokumentaci.
