Předmětem plnění zadávané veřejné zakázky (dále jen „veřejná zakázka“) je poskytnutí služeb spočívajících v pojištění majetku a odpovědnosti za škodu nebo jinou újmu pro Technickou univerzitu v Liberci. Zadavatel si v souladu s § 100 ZZVZ vyhrazuje následující změny závazku v rámci příslušné pojistné smlouvy, která bude uzavřena s vybraným dodavatelem. Příslušné vyhrazené změny závazku budou součástí pojistné smlouvy, a to jako jejich samostatná příloha. Smlouva nabude účinnosti nejdříve dne 4. 2. 2027. Smlouva bude uzavřena na dobu neurčitou.
