Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění technické a organizační podpory při přípravě a realizaci akcí pořádaných za účelem implementace Operačního programu Životní prostředí 2021–2027 (dále „OPŽP“) a nástroje pro využití prostředků EU v oblasti politiky soudržnosti v gesci MŽP v programovém období 2028-2034 a Operačního programu Spravedlivá transformace (dále „OPST“) 2021–2027 a nástroje pro využití prostředků EU v oblasti politiky soudržnosti v gesci MŽP v programovém období 2028-2034. Jedná se především o zajištění zasedání monitorovacích výborů, jednání zástupců implementační struktury vč. Evropské komise, konferencí, seminářů či workshopů pro žadatele a příjemce dotace atp. Technická a organizační podpora akcí zahrnuje zejména zajištění jednacích prostor, techniky (tlumočnická technika, ozvučení prostor, projekční technika), tlumočení (do anglického jazyka: simultánní, konsekutivní nebo AI technologiemi), nahrávání či streamování jednání včetně přepisu záznamu, zajištění občerstvení, přepravy, případně rezervace ubytování pro účastníky zasedání či zajištění moderování akce a další služby spojené se zajištěním akcí.
