Opravy nebo rekonstrukce skladovacích kapacit a souvisejících technologií ve vlastnictví zadavatele, spočívající zejména ve: i. Vypracování technickoekonomických studií, odborných posudků, výpočtů a analýz – bilanční, hydraulická, statická, technologická posouzení staveb a konstrukcí. ii. Vypracování projektových dokumentací výstavby nových nebo rekonstrukcí stávajících stavebních objektů, resp. technické infrastruktury ve vlastnictví zadavatele. Projektové dokumentace budou zpracovávány v různých stupních dle vyhlášky č. 131/2024 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb, v platném znění, a to v závislosti na potřebě projednání záměru. iii. Inženýrské činnosti za účelem projednání projektové dokumentace a zajištění potřebných povolení, rozhodnutí, stanovisek a dalších úkonů nezbytných pro povolení a realizaci stavby v souladu se zákonem č. 283/2021 Sb., stavební zákon, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a souvisejícími právními předpisy. Zastupování objednatele v příslušných řízeních a zajištění vydání pravomocného povolení záměru, je-li pro daný záměr vyžadováno.
