Cílem je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro komplexní rekonstrukci Domova pro seniory Buchlovice, jejímž účelem je zajistit uvedení objektu do souladu s aktuálními požadavky požární bezpečnosti, technických norem a platných právních předpisů, zvýšit bezpečnost klientů i zaměstnanců a současně zlepšit technický stav a provozní funkčnost objektu. Projektová dokumentace bude sloužit jako podklad pro postupnou realizaci stavebních úprav při zachování provozu zařízení.
