Předmětem rámcové dohody je zajištění vzdělávacích aktivit, a to jiného odborného vzdělávání: účetní, ekonomické a právní kurzy bez digitálních dovedností. Zadavatel uzavře rámcovou dohodu na plnění zakázky s jedním dodavatelem, bez obnovení soutěže. Dodavatel bude mít v průběhu doby trvání rámcové dohody povinnost zrealizovat školení dle potřeb zadavatele (dle sjednaných školicích plánů). Školení mohou být požadována jako otevřená či uzavřená, prezenční i on-line. Předpokládaná účast na uzavřených školeních činí 10-15 osob.
