Details

Hlavním cílem projektu je výroba nového typu fermentovaného mléčného nápoje, který zvýší konkurenceschopnost společnosti Lacrum. Tento produkt s inovativními vlastnostmi doplní stávající sortiment. Dosažení tohoto cíle je podmíněno zavedením nového, vhodného plnicího zařízení s parametry stanovenými operační skupinou. Realizace projektu přinese nové poznatky, které bude možné využít při dalších činnostech Výzkumného ústavu mlékárenského i při rozšiřování výrobních a marketingových kapacit společnosti Lacrum. Předmětem zakázky je dodávka jednoho kompletního funkčního technologického celku pro Ultra Clean / ESL plnění mléka, kefíru a dalších tekutých či fermentovaných mléčných výrobků do PET lahví.
