Předmětem zakázky je nástavba na stávající objekt domova mládeže a stavební úpravy vzniklé touto změnou. Nově budou instalovány dva výtahy a budova domova mládeže bude v rámci úprav zcela nově tepelně zaizolována a současně dojde k výměně všech okenních a dveřních otvorů.
