Předmětem veřejné zakázky je realizace stavebních prací spočívajících v přístavbě a nástavbě objektu Základní školy Kutnohorská 36 v Praze – Dolních Měcholupech podle projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Součástí plnění je zejména nástavba středního traktu školy a propojovacího krčku o jedno nadzemní podlaží, stavební úpravy stávajících konstrukcí, demolice nezbytných částí objektu, realizace nových učeben, kabinetů, sborovny, sociálního zázemí a technické učebny, provedení souvisejících profesí, technických zařízení budovy a všech dalších prací nezbytných pro řádné dokončení a uvedení stavby do užívání.
