Předmětem stavby je realizace opravy budovy Obchodní akademie v Českém Těšíně, která byla poškozena požárem. V rámci stavebních prací budou nově provedeny stropní konstrukce, vnitřní stěny, podkroví a s tím spojené nové dispozice. Nově bude realizováno venkovní schodiště a výtah.
