zhotovení stavby rekonstrukce školní budovy“ Gymnázia Brno, Řečkovice (dále též „stavba“) spočívající: a) rekonstrukce stávající budovy školy - provedení přístaveb stravovacího provozu a šaten, zateplení budovy, stavební úpravy stravovacího provozu a související úpravy vstupního prostoru školy, při zachování běžného provozu školy s tím, že stavbou dotčené vnitřní prostory budou provozovatelem pro provádění stavebních prací uvolněny, b) v použití metody BIM včetně zpracování digitálních modelů stavby ve stupni dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby (DSPS), poskytnutí součinnosti při vyhotovení a aktualizacích Plánu realizace BIM (BEP) a využití společného datového prostředí (dále jen „CDE”) poskytnutého objednatelem za účelem ukládání, správy a sdílení informací, a to vše v souladu s BIM protokolem a jeho přílohami č. 2.1-2.3 (součást přílohy č. 2 zadávací dokumentace – obchodní podmínky), c) v zastupování zadavatele v kolaudačním řízení a zajištění vydání kolaudačních rozhodnutí či souhlasů, případně dalších rozhodnutí/souhlasů vztahujících se k předmětu veřejné zakázky, a případné zajištění povolení změny stavby před jejím dokončením a zastupování zadavatele v řízení o změně stavby před jejím dokončením.
