Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky jsou průběžné opakované dodávky zdravotnického spotřebního materiálu do zadavatelem zřízeného konsignačního skladu v prostorách urologického endoskopického sálu, 1. patro, pavilon V/B, sklad - místnost č. 208. Plnění bude probíhat na základě aktuálních potřeb a jeho jednotlivých objednávek po dobu dvou let, a to dle minimálních technických podmínek stanovených v příloze č. 4 ZD, včetně dopravy do místa plnění.
