Předmětem veřejné zakázky je realizace stavby „Most na ulici Závodní přes železniční a tramvajovou trať v Ostravě-Vítkovicích“ v k.ú. Zábřeh nad Odrou a Vítkovice, obec Ostrava. Stavba bude provedena podle projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby „Most na ul. Závodní přes železniční a tramvajovou trať v Ostravě Vítkovicích“, kterou zpracovala společnost DOPRAVOPROJEKT Ostrava a.s., IČO: 42767377, se sídlem: Masarykovo náměstí 5/5, Moravská Ostrava, 702 00 Ostrava, zakáz. číslo: 230003. Jedná se demolici stávajících mostů a výstavbu mostů nových, přeložek dotčených sítí a vybudování dotčené dopravní infrastruktury včetně dokumentace ve stupni realizační dokumentaci stavby (dále jen „RDS“) v modelu building information modeling (dále jen „BIM“), podklady pro dokumentaci skutečného provedení stavby (DSPS) včetně podkladů pro aktualizaci BIM a dokumentaci pro potřeby kolaudačního řízení anebo uvedení zkušebního provozu v rozsahu stanoveném zadávací dokumentací a požadavky na obsah smlouvy.
