Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zpracování projektové dokumentace (DPZ a DPS) pro realizaci zateplení budovy MŠ na ul. Staňkova 156/33 v Ostravě-Výškovicích. PD bude obsahovat zateplení obvodových stěn pavilonů (štítové stěny jsou zatepleny), zateplení střechy, výměnu všech oken, a to ve všech pavilonech a spojovacím krčku. PD bude rozdělena tak, aby bylo možno stavbu provádět případně na etapy (tj. po jednotlivých pavilonech). Součástí bude oprava okapových chodníků a přilehlých teras.
