Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou služby spočívající v zajištění komplexního výkonu činnosti technického dozoru stavebníka nad prováděním stavby („TDS“) a výkonu koordinátora bezpečnosti ochrany zdraví při práci na staveništi („KBOZP“) ve smyslu zákona č. 283/2021 Sb., stavebního zákona, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, („stavební zákon“), zákona č. 309/2006 Sb., kterým se upravují další požadavky bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v pracovněprávních vztazích a o zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při činnosti nebo poskytování služeb mimo pracovněprávní vztahy (zákon o zajištění dalších podmínek bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci), ve znění pozdějších předpisů, („zákon o BOZP“), nařízení vlády č. 591/2006 Sb., o bližších minimálních požadavcích na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci na staveništích, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, („nařízení vlády o BOZP“), a souvisejících platných a účinných právních předpisů, a to při přípravě a realizaci stavebních prací na akci Krytý bazén Prostějov. Součástí předmětu veřejné zakázky je dále zajištění účasti při případných činnostech po dokončení a předání díla Krytý bazén Prostějov, zejm. při reklamačních řízeních.
