Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je realizace projekčních prací pro objekty: i. severozápadní garáže se zelenou střechou, ii. severovýchodní garáže se zelenou střechou, iii. severozápadní ochozy a stříšky, iv. severovýchodní ochozy a stříšky, v. zadní domy – ochozy a stříšky. Předmětem plnění je rovněž zpracování dokumentace na odstranění garáží, vč. inženýrské činnosti a zajištění povolení o odstranění stavby a dokumentace pro provedení odstranění stavby. Součástí projekčních prací je zelená intenzivní střecha nad objekty nových garáží o ploše cca 7.500 m2.
