Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka a instalace nových alkohol testerů s příslušenstvím do 77 ks tramvají zadavatele, včetně jejich zprovoznění. Součástí plnění je dodávka náustků po dobu 4 let a dále zajištění pravidelného servisu alkohol testerů a jejich kalibrace, mimozáručního a pozáručního servisu, vzdálené správy a aktualizace příslušného SW, a to po dobu 10 let. Zadavatel si vyhrazuje právo snížit počet vozidel, které mají být předmětem díla, a to z důvodu vyřazení vozidla z provozu zejm. kvůli poškození při dopravní nehodě nebo jiné mimořádné události, popř. při obnově vozového parku. Podrobné vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky je uvedeno v zadávací dokumentaci.
