Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je pojištění poškození, zničení nebo ztráty 1 kusu vrtulníku lehké hmotnostní kategorie EC 135T2+ zajišťující leteckou záchrannou službu na 1 rok, které se vztahuje i na škody technickému personálu, zdravotnické posádce a pacientům, záchranářskému týmu, záchranářům či zachraňovaným osobám, pokud se tyto osoby neúčastní na řízení a obsluze pojištěného vrtulníku za letu. V případě odstoupení od smlouvy bude 3 měsíční výpovědní lhůta.
