Předmětem zadávacího řízení je dodávka a montáž klimatizačních zařízení na základě rámcové kupní smlouvy (dále společně také jen „Zboží“) v rozsahu výměny nebo lokálního doplnění stávajících zařízení zadavatele. Součástí dodávky Zboží jsou i následující činnosti: - Demontáž a ekologická likvidace stávajícího zařízení v případě obměny klimatizačního zařízení, - provedení veškerých předepsaných zkoušek a revizí včetně vystavení dokladů o jejich provedení, doložení atestů, certifikátů, prohlášení o vlastnostech a ostatních dokladů potřebných pro možnost řádného provozování ve smyslu platných právních předpisů a v rozsahu dle smluvní dokumentace, - zaškolení obsluhy, zajištění návodů k obsluze, provozu a údržbě, - revizní zpráva a schéma skutečného zapojení do rozvaděče, - prohlídka místa dodání a montáže a zpracování návrhu technického řešení dle smluvní dokumentace, - zpracování návrhu dokumentace pro realizaci dílčích objednávek, - instalace Zboží včetně výbavy a příslušenství a protipožárních ucpávek, napojení Zboží do řídícího systému Zadavatele, provedení stavebních prací a dodávka elektroinstalací v rozsahu dle Zadavatelem odsouhlaseného návrhu technického řešení, - provedení nezbytných úprav, oprav nebo výměny stávajících částí klimatizačního systému a souvisejících technických rozvodů, pokud tyto práce bezprostředně souvisejí s řádným provedením příslušné dílčí objednávky.
