— From the tender document (tenderNotice): - Possible extension to 30 September 2027 In case of unexpected weather during the winter months or delays in the lead time of the cabins. Using suppliers currently on a CCS Framework, but as it expires in a couple of days, we will not be able to complete our activity in time to award under the Framework. A decision was taken to run a competitive flexible procedure using those same suppliers as we already pre-engaged with them and they have the right skills and qualifications to undertake the works.
