Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave su usluge stručnog nadzora nad izgradnjom nove osnovne škole u Zaprešiću, kao i usluge koordinatora zaštite na radu, odnosno njihov nastavak, s obzirom na to da je ugovor o nabavi predmetne usluge s prethodno odabranim Izvršiteljem raskinut. Radovi izgradnje nove osnovne škole, izvode se u skladu s FIDIC uvjetima ugovora o građenju (FIDIC Crvena knjiga, izdanje 1999.).
