Predmet nabave je Usluga nadogradnje SAP sustava, implementacija i isporuka cjelovitog SAP S/4HANA ERP sustava putem tehničke konverzije postojećeg SAP ECC sustava, uključujući analizu postojećeg stanja, planiranje i provedbu migracije podataka, prilagodbu poslovnih procesa, testiranje, puštanje sustava u produkciju te pružanje podrške nakon implementacije. Pri tome je potrebno izvršiti i prelazak, tj. konverziju sa SAP ECC licenci na SAP S/4HANA model licenciranja. Predmet nabave obuhvaća: • tehničku konverziju i migraciju podataka, • integraciju sustava, • licenciranje i pretplate, • testiranje i osiguranje kvalitete, • implementaciju i puštanje u produkciju. Primarni cilj Naručitelja je podizanje sustava na višu tehnološku razinu, osiguravanje stabilnosti i sigurnosti sustava, dostupnosti unaprijeđenih verzija alata, kontinuiteta procesnih modula i uvođenja novih funkcionalnosti, uz neometan kontinuitet poslovanja.
