Predmet nabave su usluge nadzora nad projektom „Poboljšanje vodnokomunalne infrastrukture aglomeracije Vodice-Tribunj-Srima 2“. Detaljan opis usluga je dan u Projektnom zadatku. Usluge u okviru ovog Ugovora obuhvaćaju usluge stručnog nadzora (građevinski, strojarski, elektrotehnički, geodetski) u smislu Zakona o gradnji (NN 155/25) te Pravilnika o načinu provedbe stručnog nadzora građenja, uvjetima i načinu vođenja građevinskog dnevnika te o sadržaju završnog izvješća nadzornog inženjera (NN 131/21, 68/22, 155/25) i usluge Inženjera u smislu Uvjeta Ugovora za Postrojenja i projektiranje i građenje za elektrotehničke i strojarske građevine i radove po projektima Izvođača, prvo izdanje 1999. (tzv. FIDIC Žuta knjiga) te Uvjeta Ugovora o građenju za građevinske i inženjerske radove po projektima Naručitelja, prvo izdanje 1999. (tzv. FIDIC Crvena knjiga). Usluge također obuhvaćaju i pružanje usluga koordinatora zaštite na radu prema Zakonu o zaštiti na radu (71/14, 118/14, 154/14 , 94/18, 96/18) i Pravilniku o zaštiti na radu na privremenim gradilištima (NN 48/18). Predmet nabave se sastoji od nadzora nad projektiranjem i građenjem komunalnih vodnih građevina za odvodnju i pročišćavanje otpadnih voda te vodoopskrbu. Radovi koji su predmet usluga nadzora će se izvoditi u dva (2) ugovora o građenju navedena u nastavku: 1. Ugovor 1: Aglomeracija VODICE-TRIBUNJ-SRIMA - dogradnja kanalizacijske i vodovodne mreže, ugovor o građenju koji se sklapa prema Uvjetima Ugovora tzv. FIDIC Crvene knjige, prvo izdanje 1999. procijenjene vrijednosti nabave od 65.384.156,00 EUR bez PDV-a 2. Ugovor 2: Aglomeracija VODICE-TRIBUNJ-SRIMA - dogradnja uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda, ugovor o građenju koji se sklapa prema Uvjetima Ugovora tzv. FIDIC Žute knjige, prvo izdanje 1999. procijenjene vrijednosti nabave od 11.750.000,00 EUR bez PDV-a Detalji o uslugama i ugovorima o građenju su dani u Projektnom zadatku.
