Predmet nabave je mješovita nabava robe s pratećim radovima i uslugama, pri čemu je dominantni dio predmeta nabava, isporuka i ugradnja opreme za fotonaponsku elektranu na nadstrešnicama parkirališta Srednja Delta, na lokaciji Srednja Delta, Rijeka, k.č.br. 4645/1, k.o. Stari Grad. Predmet nabave uključuje fotonaponske module, izmjenjivače, DC i AC razvod, razdjelni ormar RO-FN, opremu za priključak i mjerenje električne energije, opremu za izjednačenje potencijala i zaštitu od prenapona, montažnu potkonstrukciju te svu ostalu potrebnu opremu, materijal i pribor. Predmet nabave obuhvaća i prateće radove montaže, ugradnje, spajanja, ispitivanja i puštanja elektrane u rad, građevinske radove izvedbe uzdignute armiranobetonske temeljne ploče sa zaštitnom ogradom za smještaj opreme te pregled i sanaciju postojeće čelične konstrukcije nadstrešnica prije montaže, kao i sve ostale aktivnosti potrebne za funkcionalnu i sigurnu uporabu elektrane, u skladu s glavnim projektom i važećim propisima. Predmet nabave uključuje solarnu fotonaponsku tehnologiju kao tehnologiju s nultom neto stopom emisija u smislu čl. 4. st. 1. Uredbe (EU) 2024/1735, pa se na ovaj postupak javne nabave primjenjuju zahtjevi iz članka 25. u odnosu na solarnu fotonaponsku tehnologiju obuhvaćenu predmetom nabave.na tu tehnologijuprimjenjuje čl. 25. te Uredbe.
