Predmet nabave je isporuka i licenciranje jedne mrežne licence za interpretaciju podataka iz bušotina, petrofizikalnu analizu i modeliranje, s uključenom korisničkom podrškom, održavanjem i edukacijom korisnika. Aplikacijsko rješenje mora omogućavati integraciju, obradu, kontrolu kvalitete, vizualizaciju i interpretaciju podataka geofizičkih mjerenja u bušotinama, uključujući rad sa standardnim industrijskim formatima podataka, izračun petrofizičkih parametara, statističku obradu podataka, analizu nesigurnosti te modeliranje i interpretaciju podataka na razini pojedinačnih i višestrukih bušotina. Nabava obuhvaća: · isporuku i aktivaciju licenci, · inicijalnu edukaciju korisnika, · korisničku podršku, · održavanje i nadogradnje tijekom prve godine od nabave Ponuditelji mogu ponuditi funkcionalnosti koje nadilaze minimalne tehničke zahtjeve, a iste će se vrednovati sukladno kriterijima za odabir ekonomski najpovoljnije ponude.

Lots Lot 1 — Nabava programskog paketa za petrofizikalne analize (estimated 40000): Predmet nabave je isporuka i licenciranje jedne mrežne licence za interpretaciju podataka iz bušotina, petrofizikalnu analizu i modeliranje, s uključenom korisničkom podrškom, održavanjem i edukacijom korisnika. Aplikacijsko rješenje mora omogućavati integraciju, obradu, kontrolu kvalitete, vizualizaciju i interpretaciju podataka geofizičkih mjerenja u bušotinama, uključujući rad sa standardnim industrijskim formatima podataka, izračun petrofizičkih parametara, statističku obradu podataka, analizu nesigurnosti te modeliranje i interpretaciju podataka na razini pojedinačnih i višestrukih bušotina.
