Predmet nabave je izvođenje građevinskih, građevinsko obrtničkih i instalaterskih radova na rekonstrukciji i prenamjeni Sinagoge u građevinu kulturne namjene koja se nalazi u Varaždinu, u ulici Augusta Cesarca na kućnom broju 16A, na katarskoj čestici 2018 k.o. Varaždin, u svemu prema Glavnom projektu Z.O.P.:17/25, izrađenom od strane TD Kapov d.o.o. Zagreb, Glavni projektant Ivan Kapov, broj ovlaštenja A3424. Tehničke specifikacije i opis predmeta nabave nalaze se u zasebnom dokumentu.
