SERVIS, POPRAVAK I REZERVNI DIJELOVI NADOGRADNJI SPECIJALNIH VOZILA MARKI M-U-T I FAUN CPV oznaka i naziv: 50110000-9 OPIS PREDMETA NABAVE: Naručitelj će ovim postupkom javne nabave, većim djelom obavljati servise i popravke u ovlaštenim radionicama, a manjim djelom nabavljati robu. Većina predmetnih vozila nalaze se u financijskom leasingu i održavanje tih vozila za cijelo vrijeme trajanja financijskog leasinga moguće je jedino u ovlaštenim servisima, jer je tako određeno u Općim uvjetima ugovora o financijskom leasingu pojedinih leasing kuća. Iz istog razloga ponuditelj je obvezan kod redovnih servisa i popravaka ugrađivati dijelove koji su originalni dijelovi ili dijelove usporedivo iste kvalitete kao i dijelove koji su se rabili za sastavljanje nadogradnji vozila (prve ugradnje), a koji se proizvode po propisima i proizvodnim standardima proizvođača vozila. Ugradnja originalnih rezervnih dijelova ili rezervnih dijelova usporedivo iste kvalitete, sukladno propisima i proizvodnim standardima proizvođača osigurava veću pouzdanost i sigurnost vozila, povećava dužinu trajanja ugrađenih dijelova, a time uvjetuje niže troškove održavanja i financijske izdatke. Ugradnjom nekvalitetnih rezervnih dijelova, dovodi se u pitanje sigurnost, kao i troškovi, s obzirom da se nekvalitetni rezervni dijelovi prije istroše nego originalni i stoga zahtijevaju češću zamjenu, a samim time se i koeficijent ispravnosti i raspoloživosti pojedinog vozila smanjuje što je u konačnici također trošak.
