Vođenje, nadzor i održavanje primarnog i sekundarnog termo−energetskog kruga KBC−a Zagreb, lokacija Rebro i opskrba energentom U konkretnom slučaju riječ je o mješovitom predmetu nabave koji uključuje: 1. nabavu usluge vođenje, nadzora i održavanja (engl. O&M – Operation and Maintenence) primarnog i sekundarnog termo−energetskog kruga KBC−a Zagreb, lokacija Rebro, s pripadajućim elektroinstalacijama i diesel− električnim agregatima (DEA). Održavanje opreme i uređaja u sklopu primarnog i sekundarnog termoenergetskog kruga obuhvaća: - preventivno održavanje - prediktivno održavanje (održavanje po stanju) - korektivno održavanje. 2. nabavu robe, odnosno opskrbu energentom (tehnološka para). Osnovni energent termo−energetskog postrojenja KBC−a Zagreb, lokacija Rebro, je visokotlačna suhozasićena para, maksimalnog tlaka 10 bara. Kao primarni izvor pare koristi se distribucijska mreža tehnološke pare društva HEP Toplinarstvo d.o.o.. Godišnja potrošnje tehnološke pare u protekle tri godine: - Godina 2023. - Godišnja potrošnja 37.098 (Tona) -Godina 2024. - Godišnja potrošnja 39.985 (Tona) -Godina 2025. - Godišnja potrošnja 38.443 (Tona) Kao rezervni izvor pare koristi se para proizvedena lokalno pomoću parnog kotla BKG 200 smještenog u kotlovnici loženog plinom iz plinske mreže Gradske Plinare Zagreb ( Ugovor Međimurje plin d.o.o.) prema dostupnim informacijama zakupljen je tarifni model TM5 koji se odnosi na zakupljenu snagu od 100.000 - 1.000.000 kWh.
