Details

Usluga predmetne nabave podrazumijeva preuzimanje, vaganje, daljnju obradu i zbrinjavanje neopasnih otpadaka i neopasnog otpada; KB 20 02 01 – biorazgradivi otpad, kao i sve druge manipulativne radnje (utovar, prijevoz i istovar otpada) ukoliko se otpad ne obrađuje na lokaciji preuzimanja otpada. Sukladno čl. 4., st. 1. t. 5 Zakona o gospodarenju otpadom (NN 84/2021) biorazgradivi otpad je svaki otpad ili dio otpada koji podliježe anaerobnoj ili aerobnoj razgradnji, kao što je otpad iz vrtova, otpad od hrane te papir i karton. Slijedom navedenog, usluga predmetne nabave podrazumijeva uslugu obrade i zbrinjavanja biorazgradivog otpada (KB 20 02 01) u koji spadaju zeleni otpad, kora, trava, otpad iz vrtova, biljno tkivo, otpad iz parkova i vrtova, otpaci od obrezivanja živica i drveća, biljke, korovi, otpaci od rezanja drveta, zeleni otpad od pripreme hrane koji nije termički obrađena (ostaci od čišćenja povrća i voća), ljuske jaja, vrećice od pripreme čaja, zeleni otpad iz tržnice te manje količine papirnih ubrusa od hrane. Naručitelj osigurava vlastiti prijevoz do ponuđene lokacije ponuditelja za prihvat dovezenog otpada. Najveća dopuštena udaljenost ponuđene lokacije od grada Pule iznosi 10 km. Usluga se vrši sukcesivno tijekom 12 mjeseci, a sve u skladu s važećim zakonskim i podzakonskim propisima RH -Zakonu o gospodarenju otpadom (NN br. 84/21 ), Pravilniku o gospodarenju otpadom (NN br. 106/22) kao i drugim važećim propisima koji reguliraju predmet nabave te uobičajenim normama i pravilima struke.
