Predmet nabave je najam 11 osobnih vozila za potrebe Ministarstva znanosti, obrazovanja i mladih na 24 mjeseca tijekom 2027. i 2028. godine.

Lots Lot 1 — Najam osobnih vozila u 2027. i 2028. (estimated 190000): Predmet nabave je najam 11 osobnih vozila za potrebe Ministarstva znanosti, obrazovanja i mladih na 24 mjeseca tijekom 2027. i 2028. godine. Sva ponuđena i isporučena osobna vozila moraju biti tehnički ispravna, u potpunosti neoštećena (bez oštećenja karoserije i unutrašnjosti vozila) te prikladna za ugovorenu uporabu sa svom propisanom odgovarajućom opremom. Vozila 5. i 6. kategorije iz Tehničkih specifikacija i Troškovnika moraju imati registarske oznake prema sjedištu Naručitelja. Zamjenska vozila moraju biti isporučena prema potrebi i traženju Naručitelja. Vrsta, količina i tehničke karakteristike predmeta nabave detaljno su određene u Tehničkim specifikacijama (Privitak 1.)koje čine sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi. Ponuđena vozila moraju u cijelosti ispunjavati sve uvjete i zahtjeve propisane Tehničkim specifikacijama. Ponuditelj je obvezan ponuditi svaku stavku Tehničkih specifikacija kako je propisano. Ponuditelji su obvezni ispuniti Tehničke specifikacije na zadani način te u ponudi dostaviti sve tražene podatke, dokaze i potvrde. U ovom postupku javne nabave sklopit će se okvirni sporazum s jednim gospodarskim subjektom na razdoblje od dvije (2) godine.
