Predmet nabave su REZERVNI DIJELOVI, POPRAVAK I ODRŽAVANJE POSTROJENJA ZA PROIZVODNJU I RECIKLAŽU ASFALTNIH MJEŠAVINA PROIZVOĐAČA BENNINGHOVEN. CPV oznaka i naziv: 43600000-9 Dijelovi strojeva za rudarstvo, kamenolome i građevinarstvo OPIS PREDMETA NABAVE: Rezervni dijelovi su potrebni za potrebe redovnog održavanja, popravaka, servisa i remontnog održavanja. Nabava obuhvaća isporuku dijelova tehničkih karakteristika za sve sustave i podsustave asfaltne baze. Među njima su specificirani mehanički dijelovi, elektrokomponente, pneumatske komponente, transportni i dozirni elementi i sklopovi, dijelovi sustava grijanja plamenika, dijelovi sustava za sušenje, miješanje, filtriranje, prosijavanje. Naručitelj za ovaj predmet nabave ima aktivni okvirni sporazum koji traje do 04.11.2026. godine. Okvirni sporazum koji će naručitelj sklopiti temeljem ovog postupka javne nabave počet će se koristiti po isteku ili financijskoj iskorištenosti navedenog aktivnog okvirnog sporazuma. Naručitelj u ovom postupku nabave ne zahtjeva dostavu dodatnih dokumenata/dokaza osim traženih/propisanih ovom dokumentacijom o nabavi. Ponuditelj je dužan isporučiti robu traženu troškovnikom, odnosno roba koja će se isporučivati temeljem ovog provedenog postupka nabave mora odgovarati tehničkim karakteristikama iz troškovnika, a Naručitelj će isto kontrolirati u fazi izvršenja okvirnog sporazuma/ugovora o javnoj nabavi sklopljenog temeljem okvirnog sporazuma.
