Predmet nabave je nabava zavojnog i netkanog materijala, podijeljen na grupe predmeta nabave. Ovaj postupak predstavlja ponovljeni postupak javne nabave za grupe koje su poništene u prethodnom postupku javne nabave istog naziva (broj objave: 2026/S F02-0005484). Prvotna ukupna procijenjena vrijednost cjelokupnog predmeta nabave iznosila je 1.400.000,00 EUR, a nakon donesenih odluka o odabiru za odabrane grupe te odluka o poništenju za poništene grupe, procijenjena vrijednost ovog ponovljenog postupka za poništene grupe iznosi 522.800,00 EUR
